Notion Brands is a creative brand design studio that uses design to drive tangible business success. We aim to create the next generation of iconic brands by using clean modern design techniques. Our overarching business experience enables us to create branding that has the ability to bolster revenue and help clients achieve their brand goals.

We are open Monday – Friday from 9am – 7pm EST. We are available on Saturdays from 12 – 6 by appointment only. We are closed on Sundays and major US holidays. Expect replies to inquiries within 48 hours.All email response times exclude weekends, evenings and national holidays. Thanks for understanding!

That’s great news! Our process varies depending on the project, however, you can expect the following process across all projects.

  1. Fill out our inquiry form on the Let’s Work page here and then you can schedule some time for a quick complimentary 15 minute chat.
  2. Once we discuss your project and the rate, we will proceed by sending you a contract. If you agree with the terms, you’ll sign the contract and we’ll send over your invoice.
  3. Once you make your first payment (or full payment depending on the project) you’ll be locked in! We’ll give you a nice welcome, provide you with project information, and you’ll get access to our client portal.
  4. You’ll work on your homework (can include giving us your visual inspiration or filling out a questionnaire) then we’ll start the project.
  5. We’ll get to work and you’ll make your payments as necessary.
  6. Once your final payment has been made, we’ll send over the final files! Pretty simple right?

The Brand Discovery package is for you if you are just starting out with your brand idea and you need some clarity on your brand. Our Discovery call will help you assess your brand’s idea and you’ll also receive a Brand Action Plan so that you can start building the foundation of your brand. This package is related to strategy only, it does not come with any visual design work.

The Brand Identity Package is for you if you’re brand is more mature and you are looking for logo design, color palette, typography, moodboard, and more foundational visual elements for your brand identity.

The Brand Identity Package can also be paired with the Brand Discovery package.

We believe that every client and project is unique. Services are based on a number of factors like time, resources, number of brand assets, and resources your project needs. Filling out the project inquiry on the Let’s Work page, allows us to begin calculating the rate for your project.

Your 50 % deposit serves as the cancellation fee in addition to a pro-rate fee for the assets created up until the time of cancellation.

Yes we do! Our printing services are limited to items that can be printed via as we provide our clients with 10% off of all Moo services.

We can create the designs for your assets whether it be packaging, flyers, or web banners. You provide the dimensions and we’ll create the design for you. All of your files will be designed with provided mockups dimensions and/or dielines for all of your design needs so that you can use them instantly or send them straight to your printer/manufacturer.

We do not offer coding or developing services. We work within WordPress, Squarespace, and other web builders to design a website that is easy for you and your customers to use. You can trust us to create a wonderful resonating site for your brand.
